1 Materials and methods 1.1 Animals and drugs Animals: 24 Wistar rats, weighing 150-200 g, of which male and female are half provided by the Animal Center of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. Drugs: Observed drug Naoxing injection (for animal experiments), provided by the preparation room of the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.
