中国期刊近年一直高速发展,然而中国是期刊大国而不是强国的局面还没有改变。作为后发国家的中国,如何做强期刊并形成自己的品牌?首先必须寻找到党的领导这个特殊的政治需要与期刊经济效益中间的有效管理因素;其次,在缺乏世界品牌期刊的情况下,必须充分利用柴捆效益形成集体性世界影响;再次,考虑到汉语国际通适性不广,必须适时开办本土语种期刊;最后,中国期刊必须从深厚的传统文化中吸取资源,通过向后看达到向前看的目的。
Chinese journals have been growing rapidly in recent years. However, the situation that China is a major juridical country rather than a powerful nation has not changed. As a latecomer country, how to strengthen its periodicals and form its own brand? First of all, we must find the effective political leadership between the party’s leadership and the economic efficiency of the periodicals. Secondly, in the absence of the world’s brand periodicals, We must make full use of the benefits of firewood bales to form a collective world effect. Thirdly, given the lack of international commonality of Chinese language, we must start local language periodicals in a timely manner.
