目的:分析GALILEO全自动血型分析仪漏检B(A)血型原因,提出应对措施。方法:用GALILEO全自动血型分析仪检测无偿献血人群ABO血型标本144 126人份,其中被用血单位退回的血站定型为B型的4例标本,做血型血清学及分子生物学鉴定;再次使用维护后的全自动血型分析仪重新检测4例标本ABO血型。结果:全自动血型分析仪漏检4例B(A)亚型,维护后的全自动血型分析仪均能检测出4份标本的弱凝集。结论:应定期做好全自动血型分析仪的维护保养,尤其是每周一次血平板图像,做好ABO血型检测的室内质控,结合人工肉眼判读,减少ABO亚型漏检,确保临床输血安全。
Objective: To analyze the cause of G (B) A (G) blood type missed by GALILEO automatic blood group analyzer and put forward countermeasures. Methods: A total of 144 126 ABO blood samples from blood donors were detected by GALILEO automatic blood group analyzer. Blood samples returned from the blood units were typed into four types of B type blood samples for serological and molecular biological identification. Four samples of ABO blood type were retested using a fully automated blood analyzer after maintenance. Results: 4 cases of B (A) subtype were missed by the automatic blood analyzer, and 4 cases of weak agglutination could be detected by the automatic blood analyzer after maintenance. CONCLUSIONS: The maintenance of automatic blood analyzer should be done regularly, especially once a week, and the quality control of ABO blood group should be done. Combined with manual visual interpretation, the ABO subtype should be less missed to ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion .
