物业管理纠纷是目前困扰京城房地产市场的一个大问题,“黑保安”事件不过是物业管理纠纷白热化的一个缩影。面对硝烟四起的物业管理市场,大多数老百姓茫然不知所措。既不知为何会发生纠纷,又不知如何防止发生纠纷。本文从八个角度论述了目前京城物业管理现状,探讨了物业管理纠纷发生的原因及完善物业管理的途径。
Property management disputes are currently disturbing the real estate market in Beijing a big problem, “Black Security” incident is nothing but a white-hot property management disputes microcosm. Faced with the smoke of property management market, most of the people at a loss overwhelmed. I do not know why there will be disputes, but also do not know how to prevent disputes. This article discusses the current status of property management in Beijing from eight perspectives, discusses the causes of property management disputes and ways to improve property management.
