于1965年7月～1966年6月用甘磷酰芥治疗慢性粒细胞白血病5例,急性单核细胞白血病1例,多发性骨髓瘤及恶性淋巴瘤各1例。病人均系临床血象及骨髓象检查确诊的住院患者。除1例恶性淋巴瘤与强的松合用外,其余均单一用药。每日用量0.25～1.25g,多数为0.5～1.0g。服
From July 1965 to June 1966, 5 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia were treated with Ganophosphoryl mustard, 1 case of acute monocytic leukemia, 1 case of multiple myeloma and 1 case of malignant lymphoma respectively. Patients were clinically diagnosed as blood and bone marrow as inpatients. In addition to a case of malignant lymphoma combined with prednisone, the rest were a single medication. Daily dosage of 0.25 ~ 1.25g, most of 0.5 ~ 1.0g. clothes
