如今是一个节目资源高度同质化的时代,对主持人的个人魅力要求更高。然而主持人素质良莠不齐,受众对主持人要求更高了,两者之间造成了矛盾。所以主持人应该承担媒体人的义务与担当,真正做一个适合时代发展的媒体人,提高主持人的个人魅力。主持人的个人魅力不仅仅是外部的着装和良好的口才等技术因素,还表现在受众反馈、情感元素以及观众印象等,也与节目的打造和媒介的传播有着积极的意义。主持人的个人魅力对其节目有着重要的影响,能够体现节目价值,塑造节目品牌有着重要的意义。本文从多个视角对主持人的个人魅力进行分析、分析了主持人个人魅力与节目的关系,重点研究主持人的个人魅力对节目的影响,从而提出基于节目品牌的主持人个人魅力的培养策略。
