目的:研究使用甲基红褪色分光光度法测定作业场所空气中的溴素。方法:甲基红溶液吸收空气中溴素后褪色,在518 nm波长下比色,根据褪色程度与标准系列比较定量。结果:溴素在0.5~20μg范围内时,溴素量与吸光度之间的回归方程为Y=-0.0395X+0.8207,相关系数为0.9990~0.9999,RSD为1.27%~4.39%(n=6),加标回收率为95.2%~101.5%。结论:方法简单快速、灵敏稳定、干扰少,为测定作业场所空气中溴素的理想方法。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the use of methyl red fading spectrophotometry for the determination of bromine in the workplace air. Methyl red solution faded after absorption of bromine in the air, and colorimetric was carried out at 518 nm wavelength. Compared with the standard series, the methyl red color was quantified. Results: The regression equation between the amount of bromine and the absorbance of bromine in the range of 0.5 ~ 20μg was Y = -0.0395X + 0.8207, the correlation coefficient was 0.9990 ~ 0.9999, the RSD was 1.27% ~ 4.39% (n = 6) The spiked recoveries ranged from 95.2% to 101.5%. Conclusion: The method is simple and fast, sensitive and stable, less interference, ideal method for the determination of bromine in the workplace air.
