为了在英语教学中培养学生的团队合作精神,使学生养成自觉学习、自我约束、自我管理的行为习惯,努力提高英语水平,为学生走向社会职业和终身学习作好准备,本文对高职英语教学中的团队合作精神培养的重要性进行了阐述。通过英语教学中团队意识现状的调查分析,结合教学目标和教学任务采用班级合理分组的方式开展教学实践活动,提出高职英语教学中团队合作精神培养的方法、途径。
In order to cultivate the team spirit of students in English teaching and make students develop the habit of consciously learning, self-restraint and self-management, and strive to improve their English level so as to prepare students for social careers and lifelong learning, The importance of cultivating team spirit in teaching is expounded.
