目的：探讨舒适护理在胃镜下治疗上消化道出血患者中的作用效果。方法选取我院2015年9月-2016年5月收治的246例妇上消化道出血患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组123例，对照组采用常规护理，研究组实施整体化的舒适护理干预措施，观察比较两组患者的舒适度和护理满意情况。结果研究组患者在胃镜治疗下0h、3h、6h 的舒适度明显优于对照组，且护理满意情况也优于对照组，两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对胃镜下治疗上消化道出血患者实施舒适护理，可以增加患者的舒适感，缩短患者的诊疗时间，减轻患者的疼痛感，提高其护理满意情况，营造良好的护患关系。“,”Objective:To observe the effect of comfortable nursing care in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated by gastroscope.Methods:246 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected and randomlydivided into two groups as the research group (n=123) and the control group (n=123).The control group received the routine nursing, and the research group was given the comfortable nursing care on based that.After that, scores of the comfort and the nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:Scores of the comfort of patients in the research group at 0h, 3h and 6h, were significantly better than those of the control group, and the nursing satisfactory was also better than that.
