大学公共英语教学的目的是培养学生适应社会发展需求的英语知识。研究大学公共英语教学改革的话题也层出不穷,笔者从社会发展需求的角度简单分析了大学公共英语的发展趋势及其利弊,提出了几点个人看法。
The purpose of university public English teaching is to cultivate students’ knowledge of English in order to meet the needs of social development. The topic of university public English teaching reform also emerges one after another. The author simply analyzes the development trend and advantages and disadvantages of university public English from the perspective of social development needs, and puts forward some personal opinions.
