本实验采用的细胞株为中间细胞型肺小细胞癌细胞株SBC-1、SBC-2、燕麦细胞型肺小细胞癌细胞株SBC-3,肺腺癌细胞株ABC-1和鳞状上皮癌细胞株EBC-1等五种。将不同浓度的干扰素α(IFN-α)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)与上述五种肺癌细胞株接触2周,并将每种细胞株在不同药物浓度下的细胞存活率以对数关系表示,画出剂量反应曲线。所有细胞株皆显示上凸曲线,高浓度的IFN-α和IFN-γ几乎皆未形成细胞群。从剂量反应曲线求出的IFN-α对SBC-1、SBC-2、SBC-3、ABC-1、EBC-1的70%杀细胞浓度(LD70)分别为4400IU/
The cell lines used in this experiment were intermediate cell type small cell carcinoma cell lines SBC-1, SBC-2, oat cell type small cell carcinoma cell line SBC-3, lung adenocarcinoma cell line ABC-1 and squamous cell carcinoma. There are five cell line EBC-1. Different concentrations of interferon alpha (IFN-alpha) and interferon gamma (IFN-gamma) were contacted with the above five lung cancer cell lines for two weeks, and the cell viability of each cell line at different drug concentrations was logarithmically The relationship indicates that a dose response curve is drawn. All cell lines showed a convex curve, and almost all of the high concentration of IFN-α and IFN-γ did not form a cell population. The 70% killer cell concentration (LD70) of IFN-α against SBC-1, SBC-2, SBC-3, ABC-1, and EBC-1 obtained from the dose-response curve was 4,400 IU, respectively.
