随着地勘单位改革的深化,地勘单位面临从企业化经营的事业单位向企业转制的挑战。在新的环境、新的机制下,企业要生存、要稳定、要发展,就必须培养一批合格的经营者群体。文章就如何加强培养经营者,从政治理论教育、思想道德和职业道德教育、现代化管理技术教育、科学知识教育、法制教育等五个方面提出一些粗浅看法。
With the deepening reform of geological exploration units, geological exploration units face the challenge of transforming from an enterprise-run institution to an enterprise. Under the new environment and new mechanism, enterprises must develop a group of qualified operators to survive, stabilize and develop.
