应用有限元软件模拟双层曲面球形网壳结构在下部支承框架发生不同沉降时杆件受力及整体变形情况。研究结果表明,双层球面网壳结构在单个支座发生沉降的情况下,随着沉降量的增加,杆件的最大轴力不断增加,单个支座沉降量应控制在25 mm以内较为安全。多个支座同时沉降比单个支座沉降对结构整体刚度影响要大;网壳结构支座从两侧向中间发生有梯度的沉降,比从一侧向另一侧发生有梯度的沉降对网架影响要大。
The finite element software was used to simulate the stress and deformation of the double-layer spherical reticulated shell under different settlement of the lower support frame. The results show that with the settlement of single support, the maximum axial force of the rod increases with the settlement of single support. The settlement of single support should be controlled within 25 mm. The settlement of multiple supports at the same time has a greater influence on the overall stiffness of the structure than the settlement of a single support. The support of the reticulated shell structure has a gradient settlement from two sides to the middle, and a gradient sedimentation occurs from one side to the other side. Frame effect to be big.
