位于河北省南部的巨鹿县,古称巨鹿郡,是历史上颇具盛誉之地。著名的张角起义、巨鹿大战就发生于此地。新中国成立后,在党的领导下,40余万巨鹿人民用勤劳的双手为社会主义建设辛勤劳动,在巨鹿的历史上写下了最为光辉的篇章。然而,当历史的车轮进入20世纪90年代后,就在巨鹿人民用汗水和心血建设自己家园的时候,这里出了一位惊动全省的贪官大蠹,这就是原县委书记刘欣年。
Julu County, located in southern Hebei Province, ancient name Julu County, is a historic place. The famous Zhangjian uprising, Julu war took place here. After the founding of new China, under the leadership of the party, more than 400,000 Julu people used industrious hands to work hard for the construction of socialism and wrote the most glorious chapter in the history of Julu. However, when the wheel of history entered the 1990s, when the Julu people built their own homeland with sweat and effort, there was a disturbing corrupt official in the province, Liu Xinnian, the former county party secretary.
