患者刘某,女,17岁,因身体矮小于85年9月6日来我院就医。患者近5～6年来身高无改变,视力进行性下降,智力尚可,学习成绩逐年下降,喜静不好动,不好交游,食量小,米饭2两/餐,平时畏寒,无头痛、恶心、呕吐、发热等,月经未来潮。患者足月顺产,幼时体健,1 2岁前生长发育正常,父母兄妹体健,无类似病症。查体:身高129cm,似10岁小儿,营养中等,对答正确,头面五官未见异常,乳房未发育,心尖及肺动脉瓣区闻SM Ⅱ°杂音,心率80次/分,律齐,双
