11月9日,中国电信集团公司与新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府在乌鲁木齐市签署《新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府和中国电信集团公司“十二五”跨越发展战略合作框架协议》,就“十二五”期间促进自治区信息化跨越式发展达成共识。中国电信集团公司总经理王晓初与新疆维吾尔自治区党委副书记、常务副主席杨刚代表双方在合作协议上签字。
