蔬菜作为农产品中重要的一部分,其价格和我们的日常生活息息相关,菜价的波动直接影响整个市场的波动。本文从我国现在蔬菜市场现状入手,剖析“菜贱伤农、菜贵伤民”现象。从经济学原理中的供求关系、生产周期以及生产规模等多个角度进行原因分析,理清影响蔬菜价格因素,并针对政府和菜农两主体提出改善措施,对于促进我国蔬菜市场健康地发展,具有一定的现实意义。
