我院胸外科1981年8月～1988年8月收治食管癌病人453例,其中35岁以下青年人食管癌40例,占同期住院病人的8.8%。现分析如下。临床资料40例中男性23例,女性17例,年龄20～35岁。农民34例,占85%。临床症状:进行性吞咽困难25例,胸骨后疼痛烧灼感5例,进食后嗳气上腹部疼痛4例,自觉上腹部痛4例.上腹痛伴黑便2例。
The thoracic surgery in our hospital from August 1981 to August 1988 took 453 cases of esophageal cancer patients, including 35 young patients with esophageal cancer in 40 cases, accounting for 8.8% of inpatients in the same period. The analysis is as follows. Clinical data in 40 cases of 23 males and 17 females, aged 20 to 35 years old. There were 34 farmers, accounting for 85%. Clinical symptoms: There were 25 cases of progressive dysphagia, 5 cases of postburn sternal burning sensation, 4 cases of abdominal hernia after eating, 4 cases of conscious upper abdominal pain, and 2 cases of upper abdominal pain and melena.
