21世纪中国文化产业论坛第三届年会·山西论坛8月5日至6日在山西朔州举行。山西省委、宣传部部长申维辰出席开幕式,代表省委、省政府致欢迎词。由国家文化产业创新发展研究基地(文化部、上海交通大学)、中共山西省委宣传部、山西省建设文化强省规划研究中心共同主办,朔州市委、市政府、山西得一文化产业集团承办的21世纪中国文化产业论坛第三届年会·山西论坛,是文化部支持的关于文化产业发展的重要论坛,两年一届,目前已成功举办两届,在全国产生了很大影响,为推动我国文化产业的发展发挥了重要作用。这次年会第一次在国家文化产业创新与发展研究基地之外召开,第一次由山西省这样欠发达的地区举办,香港特别行政区第一次组团参加论坛。来自中宣部、文化部、国家发改委、财政部、中国社会科学院有关领导和专家学者,与清华大学、北京大学、上海交通大学等各高等院校教授,上海、浙江、江苏、北京等地文化产业集团企业家代表、香港特别行政区代表团等近200人参加本届论坛。专家学者们紧紧围绕全球化对比下区域文化产业发展战略主题,就国内外文化产业发展的趋势及相关理论、政策、案例等问题进行了广泛深入的探讨和交流。其中24位代表结合各省市文化产业发展的具体典型案例进行了分析探讨,特别是针对山西文化资
