应四川省科委邀请,在联合国科技临时基金会的资助下,由联合国亚太地区技术转让中心聘请高级专家于1982年9日来川举办了四川科技管理训练班。参加这个训练班的学员有来自四川、云南、贵州、西藏四个省、区科技管理部门的领导干部和一些分管业务工作的科研院、所长。兹将这个训练班上专家讲课中有关科研成果的评价和向生产部门转移的二篇文章刊登于后。
At the invitation of Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Commission, senior science experts were hired by the United Nations Technology Transfer Center in Asia Pacific to hold a Sichuan Science and Technology Management Training Course in Sichuan on the 9th of August 1982, with the financial support of the United Nations Provisional Foundation for Science and Technology. The trainees participating in this training course are leading cadres from the science and technology management departments of Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and Tibet and some scientific research institutes and directors in charge of business operations. I will post two articles on the evaluation of scientific research and the transfer to the production department from the lecture of experts in this training course.
