目的 :研究桂枝汤有效部位A(Fr.A)在双向调节体温的同时对下丘脑热休克蛋白 (HSP)的影响。方法 :取高、低体温大鼠下丘脑组织 ,应用蛋白印迹法测定热休克蛋白含量。结果 :Fr.A在双向调节体温的同时 ,可明显拮抗安痛定性低体温大鼠下丘脑HSP70含量的降低 ,对酵母性高体温大鼠下丘脑HSP70含量具有一定的降低作用。结论 :Fr.A对高、低体温大鼠下丘脑HSP70含量的调节作用是其双向调节体温的机理之一。
Objective : To study the effect of Guizhitang effective fraction A (Fr. A) on hypothermia heat shock protein (HSP) while regulating body temperature bidirectionally. Methods : Hypothalamic tissue was obtained from rats with high and low body temperature. Western blotting was used to determine the content of heat shock protein. Results: Fr.A could antagonize the hypothalamic HSP70 content in rats with hypothermic hypothermia while regulating body temperature biphasically. It also had a certain effect on the hypothalamus HSP70 content in hyperthermia rats. Conclusion : Fr.A regulates the hypothalamus HSP70 content in rats with high and low body temperature is one of the mechanisms of its regulation of body temperature in both directions.
