卫生事业单位专项资金是为了推动卫生事业发展、完成卫生事业单位各项职能而投入的具有专门用途的资金。近年来伴随着社会经济的飞速发展,人民生活水平的提高和医疗条件的逐步改善,国家对公共卫生事业的专项资金投入力度也逐年增加,表现为财政支持的各类公共卫生项目覆盖范围越来越广而且资金规模也越来越大。因此,卫生事业单位规范和加强公共卫生项目资金管理,提高项目资金使用效率愈加重要。文章主要针对加强卫生事业单位专项资金管理工作进行研究。
