目的:研究有机溶剂对宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖的影响。方法:运用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)试验、姬姆萨染色等方法,研究乙醇、DMSO及两者不同浓度组合对人体子宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖的影响,分析中药促肿瘤细胞凋亡研究中常用有机溶剂造成的背景误差。结果:乙醇浓度30%以上、DMSO浓度50%以上处理均能显著抑制Hela细胞增殖(P<0.01);40%乙醇+60%DMSO、30%乙醇+70%DMSO组合的抑制作用与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),且两个组合对中药均具有较好的溶解性。结论:有机溶剂本身对Hela细胞增殖具有抑制作用,且存在剂量-效应关系;进行适当的溶剂组合能显著降低背景误差。
Objective: To study the effect of organic solvents on the proliferation of cervical cancer Hela cells.
