未来的全球领先企业将是使命驱动,愿景引领,有清晰的战略,强大的文化和扎实的管理的全能型选手。当我们走进21世纪第二个十年后,中国经济乃至世界经济正在发生结构性、根本性的变化。在这样的大变革情况下,谁有战略眼光,谁就能脱颖而出。在我看来,支撑中国企业未来发展的有三大动力第一,传统制造业的升级换代;第二,新型支柱产业的形成;第三,消费的爆炸性成长和互联网革命的结合,带来商业模式的突破和服务经济的高速成长。
The future global leaders will be mission-driven, visionary leaders with a clear strategy, strong culture and solid management of the all-around players. As we enter the second decade of the 21st century, the structural and fundamental changes are taking place in the Chinese economy and even in the world economy.
