液压件是机械工业基础元件,制造精度要求较高。为了适应液压件生产发展的要求,不断提高产品质量及液压元件的测量水平,我们利用先进的微电子技术,独立自行设计、制造、装配调试了三台孔径及中心距同步测量高精度综合测量仪。一次安装工件能同时测量出七个参数,此仪器测量精度高,效率高,直观,减轻了检验人员的劳动强度,现已正式投入液压件大批量生产现场使用,效果良好。本文主要介绍仪器的技术指标,测量原理及误差分析。
Hydraulic parts are the basic components of machinery industry, manufacturing precision higher. In order to meet the requirements of hydraulic parts production and development, and continuously improve the quality of products and hydraulic components of the measurement level, we use advanced microelectronics technology, independent design, manufacture, assembly and commissioning of the three sets of aperture and center distance measurement of high-precision integrated measuring instrument . Once the installation of the workpiece can simultaneously measure seven parameters, the instrument measurement accuracy, high efficiency, intuitive, reducing the labor intensity of inspectors, has now officially put into use hydraulic mass production site, the effect is good. This article describes the technical specifications of the instrument, measurement principle and error analysis.
