2010年以来,五指山市创新初始提名办法、实行公开选拔、竞争上岗,探索“任期+竞岗”路子,推行试岗锻炼办法,全面落实任用干部票决制,有力深化了干部人事制度改革。五指山市把基层作为摔打干部、磨练干部的重要阵地,通过急难险重任务考验干部,并将基层锻炼表现作为提拔任用干部的重要参评依据。2010年以来,五指山市委连续两年下派119名市直单位科级后备干部到全市各农村开展茅草房改造、征地拆迁、促进农民增收等重点难点工作任务,为期一年。市委采取工作组内部推实行先试后用,实现人岗相适的用人目标
