糖尿病已成为全球最普遍的代谢性疾病之一,目前世界上大约有3亿8000万人受其影响。这些病人往往需要逐步增加抗糖尿病药物剂量,最终发展为使用胰岛素替代治疗~[1]。NMDA受体是配体-电压门控型受体,对神经系统发育过程起着关键的生理作用。本文分别从NMDA受体特性,NMDA受体表达与糖尿病并发症的关系,NMDA受体拮抗剂用于控制糖尿病及其并发症的效果几个方面进行阐述,为临床上糖尿病患者的治疗提供参考。
Diabetes has become one of the most common metabolic diseases in the world, affecting about 380 million people in the world today. These patients often need to gradually increase the dose of anti-diabetic drugs, and eventually developed to use insulin replacement therapy ~ [1]. NMDA receptors are ligand-voltage-gated receptors that play key physiological roles in the development of the nervous system. In this paper, the characteristics of NMDA receptors, the relationship between NMDA receptor expression and diabetic complications, and the effects of NMDA receptor antagonists on the control of diabetes mellitus and its complications are discussed respectively, which provide reference for the clinical treatment of diabetic patients.
