环形凿岩吊架是凡口矿新副井竖井机械化作业线配套的重要组成部分,是当前竖井快速施工行之有效的凿岩辅助设备。我们根据长沙矿山研究院提供的图纸,结合实际需要进行局部修改,自制了一套外径为5.2米(井筒荒径φ5.9米)、设有4个大臂的槽钢环形凿岩吊架(以下简称环架)。每个大臂悬吊一台凿岩机,在环形滑道上分四组各悬吊四台凿岩机,共悬吊20台YT-30型气腿凿岩机,进行中、深眼凿岩。通过400余米井筒的施工
The annular rock drill hanger is an important part of the mechanized operation line of the shaft of the new auxiliary shaft of the Fankou Mine and is an effective rock drilling auxiliary equipment for the rapid construction of the current shaft.
