水利工程建设对农田灌溉以及抗灾等方面发挥着非常重要的作用,因此值得高度重视。在水利工程施工过程中,安全施工对于保证整个水利工程的质量发挥着重要作用。但是,当前新疆水利工程建设中,由于各方面原因中,水利工程施工安全中依然存在很多问题,因此有必要对其进行研究。本文主要对新疆水利工程施工安全问题进行了研究,主要从水利工程施工安全的重要意义、当前新疆地区水利工程施工存在的安全问题以及保障新疆水利工程施工安全的措施这三个方面进行了具体的阐述。
