虽然美国的航天飞机即将退出历史舞台,但它所铸造的辉煌将永载史册。为了表示对它为人类探索宇宙所作出贡献的敬意和纪念,NASA工作人员举办了一场盛大的航天飞机徽标设计甄集大赛,最终15幅作品入围。这15幅作品每幅都体现着设计者的非凡创意与细腻心思,同时也表达了对航天飞机即将退出世界舞台的最高敬意。最终评选出来的作品将作为“阿特兰蒂斯”号航天飞机告别之旅的任务徽标。
Although the United States space shuttle is about to withdraw from the stage of history, the glory it casts will never stop annals of history. To honor and commemorate its contribution to the exploration of the universe for mankind, NASA staff organized a grand Spacecraft Logo Design Competition, culminating in the final 15 works. Each of these 15 works embodies the designer’s extraordinary creativity and delicate thoughts, and also expresses the highest respect for the space shuttle coming out of the world stage. The final selection of works will serve as “Atlantis ” space shuttle farewell mission logo.
