当前中国经济发展进入到一个新常态,各项改革稳步推进,结构调整提速,转型升级加快,经济社会持续、稳定的发展。我估计今年最后的GDP大体在7.3%—7.4%左右,朱之鑫同志在这里,估计可能差不多。应该说这个成绩难能可贵,中央经济工作会议提出明年的经济工作要继续坚持稳中求进的总的基调,主动适应经济发展的新常态,狠抓改革攻坚和创新驱动,保持经济运行在合理的区间。把转方式、调结构放到更加重要的位置。保持稳增长和调结构之间的平衡。所以本次年会以新常态下的中国经济的可持续发展为主题,学习和解读中央经济工作会议的精神,
