针对当前病案管理工作中存在病案完整性受损、信息泄露的风险和病案复印过程中容易引发医患矛盾等安全隐患,提出将安全文化导入病案管理中的新概念。病案安全管理是病案管理的重要内容,将病案安全管理工作提升到文化的高度,用安全文化培养和影响病案工作者,有利于病案管理工作者安全行为的养成,有利于提升医院管理水平、构建良好医患关系。分析了安全文化的内涵及其对病案管理的影响;就运用安全文化理念强化病案管理工作提出了思路和建议。
