一、中国绿色食品事业发展前景广阔 世界上绿色食品的生产开始于七十年代,逐渐演绎为当代世界性的绿色食品发展潮流。其兴起有如下原因:1、人类对高品质生活的追求刺激了绿色食品的生产。2、发展绿色食品生产是农业生产和食品加工与环境保护的最佳结合点,符合现代农业和食品工业的发展方向。3、发达国家兴起的“绿色消费潮”和日益扩大的绿色食品市场,为绿色食品的发展推波助澜。
I. The prospects for the development of China’s green food industry are broad. The production of green food in the world began in the 1970s and gradually evolved into the trend of contemporary global green food development. Its rise has the following reasons: 1. Human pursuit of high quality of life stimulates the production of green food. 2. The development of green food production is the best combination of agricultural production and food processing and environmental protection, and it is in line with the development direction of modern agriculture and food industry. 3. The “green consumer boom” that has arisen in developed countries and the growing green food market have contributed to the development of green food.
