花开有痕,润物无声,我校自2006年建校时起,确立了“打造幸福香小教育品牌”的办学目标,实行情感管理,努力将学校办成有温度的家园。如何让管理带有温度呢?能否不再用一种理念去急切地格式化教师的思想和生活呢?针对以上的疑问,我们把管理的侧重点转向沟通渠道的创新和沟通氛围的营造,确立了“管理即培训”思想,让办学目标成为全体教师的共同愿景。
With a blooming scar and moistening stuff, our school has established the school goal of “building a happy little education brand” since its establishment in 2006. It implements emotional management and endeavors to make the school a warm home. How to make management with temperature? Can we no longer use a concept to eagerly format the teacher’s thoughts and life? In response to the above questions, we shift the focus of management to communication channel innovation and communication atmosphere to create, The idea of “management is training” has been established, making the goal of running a school a common vision for all teachers.
