会计工作在企业经营管理中占据着至关重要的部分。随着我国经济的快速发展,经济体制改革日趋深入,我国企业中的会计人员管理体制和工作组织也备受关注。本文首先从建立合理的会计管理工作理念出发,对会计人员管理体制的建设和合理规范的会计工作组织体系的探讨着手,为会计工作能够适应我国经济发展情况提出建议。
Accounting work in the business management occupies a crucial part. With the rapid economic development in our country and the deepening reform of the economic system, the management system of accountants and the organization of work in our enterprises have drawn much attention. In this paper, starting from the idea of establishing a reasonable accounting management, starting with the discussion of the establishment of accounting personnel management system and the reasonable and standard accounting work organization system, this paper puts forward suggestions for the accounting work to adapt to the economic development in our country.
