目的:分析血站采血护士职业暴露因素,提出有效防范措施。方法:研究开展于2016年5月—2017年1月,将在此期间我站采血护士40名作为研究对象,对采血护士展开问卷调查,对调查结果统一统计分析,分析采血护士职业暴露因素,提出防范对策。结果:经过分析调查问卷结果,采血护士职业暴露因素可细分为环境因素、物理因素、生物因素、化学因素和心理因素,根据不同因素作出防范策略。讨论:为提高血站采血护士的职业安全性,通过分析采血护士职业暴露因素,根据不同因素实施防范措施,有助于降低职业风险。
Objective: To analyze occupational exposure factors of nurses in blood collection stations and put forward effective preventive measures. Methods: The research was carried out from May 2016 to January 2017. During this period, 40 nurse practitioners of blood collection in our station were investigated. Questionnaires were conducted on nurses who were nurses. Uniform statistical analysis of the survey results was conducted to analyze occupational exposures of nurses. Put forward preventive measures. Results: After analyzing the survey results, occupational exposure factors of blood nurses can be subdivided into environmental factors, physical factors, biological factors, chemical factors and psychological factors, according to different factors to make preventive strategies. Discussion: In order to improve occupational safety of blood-sampling nurses in blood banks, it is helpful to reduce occupational risks by analyzing occupational exposure factors of blood-sampling nurses and implementing preventive measures according to different factors.
