一、课例背景新的《体育与健康课程标准》中提出了“运动参与”、“运动技能”、“身体健康”、“心理健康”和“社会适应”等新的目标领域,而营养又是蕴含在身体缝康当中,可见营养的重要性所在,身体健康与每日饮食紧密相关,科学合理的营养能使人获得必需的营养素,是青少年健康成长的有力保证,因而,平时吃什么食物,如何科学搭配膳食都是中学生需要了解并掌握的。让学生适当掌握简单的制作营养食物的方法,有利于养成良好的膳食习惯,更有利于青少年的健康成长。
