食管贲门癌切除胃代食管手术是最常用手术方式,由于胃的位置变化,迷走神经离断及手术各种原因而对术后早期胸胃排空产生较大影响。自1988年以来,我科共发生不同程度胸胃排空困难11例。本文结合临床资料对胸胃排空困难的原因进行探讨。
