警察法规几乎与警察制度同时产生。对警察法律制度的研究可从一个侧面反映警政之近代发展历程。本文依据云南省会公安局的工作报告书(1932年至1934年)对于民国时期云南省会公安局警察法律法规作提要,以期引起更多学者关注云南地区警政建设问题。
Police regulations are produced almost simultaneously with the police system. The research on police legal system can reflect the modern development of police administration from one aspect. This article based on the work report of Yunnan Provincial Public Security Bureau (1932-1934) made a brief summary of the police laws and regulations of Yunnan Provincial Public Security Bureau during the Republic of China, with a view to arousing more scholars to pay attention to the construction of police affairs in Yunnan Province.
