2009年创业板市场在我国正式推出,这不仅顺应时势需求,切合我国广大中小企业加快发展的迫切需要,而且能进一步发展资本市场,促使资本市场功能提升。由于我国创业板市场起步晚,各方面发展还不完善,存在着各种问题,所以,我国仍然需要借鉴国外创业板市场成功发展经验,结合当前实际情况大力发展我国的创业板市场。
In 2009, the GEM market was officially launched in our country. This not only meets the current demand but also meets the urgent need of the SMEs in our country to speed up the development. It can further develop the capital market and promote the function of the capital market. Due to the late start-up of the GEM in China and the imperfect development in all aspects, various problems still exist. Therefore, our country still needs to learn from the successful development experience of the GEM in foreign countries and make great efforts to develop the GEM in our country according to the actual conditions.
