12月23日召开的全国工业和信息化工作会议指出,工业通信业要主动适应新常态,科学看待增长速度的回落,加快产业结构调整,全面深化改革和扩大开放。会议指出,2014年,我国工业通信业保持平稳发展,预计全年,全国规模以上工业增加值增长8.3%左右,信息消费规模达到2.8万亿元,同比增长25%,电子商务交易额超过12万亿元,同比增长20%。工信部部长苗圩出席会议并作主旨报告。工业通信业总体运行平稳。会议认为,今年我国工业通信业运行基本平稳。预计全年,全国规模以上工业增加值增长8.3%左右,单位工业增加值能耗和用水量分别降低7%和5.8%;信息消费规
