宾语补语(object complement,符号Co)是英语语法学界论述最少、认识最不统一的一个语法点。笔者拟就各家之蜕相异之处,谈谈自己的一管之见,望能抛砖引玉,以引起大家的重视。 一、什么是宾语补语 综合各家之说,笔者认为:宾语补语是动词所要求的一个句子成分,用来补充说明直接宾语的特性、身份、状态和动作。这一定义明确了以下三点:
