今后做心理咨询师不再是一件简单的事。从今年起试行的《心理咨询师国家职业标准》,使心理咨询工作变得科学而规范。据中国心理卫生协会秘书处负责同志介绍,近年来心理咨询成了一个热门的职业,但心理咨询队伍由于没有相应的管理标准进行规范管理,致使有些人只学了一些心理学基础知识,或者参加了几次培训班就挂牌给人做心理咨询。很多人对求助者仅做一些劝解,就以为是在进行心理咨询。有些地区还以各种名义,随意给从业者发放咨询师证书,使求助者得不到科学的疏导。为使我国的心理咨询业正常发展,劳动和社会保障部委托中国心理卫生协会制定了《心理咨询师国家职业标准》,并已开始试行。从今年起,心理咨询师将严格按照《心理咨询师国家职业标准》工作。《标准》对心理咨询从业者的职业道德作了严格规定,要求在咨询前让求助者了解自己的权利及这一工作的局限;不能利用求助者对咨询师的信任谋取私利;
Future counseling is no longer a simple matter. In order to make our country’s psychological counseling industry develop normally, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security commissioned the China Association of Mental Health to formulate the National Occupational Standards for Counseling Counselors and has started the pilot program. Starting from this year, counselors will work strictly according to the “National Professional Standards for Psychological Counselors.” The Standards set strict rules on the professional ethics of psychological counseling practitioners, requiring them to understand their own rights and the limitations of this work before consulting. They can not make use of the trust of consultants to seek personal gain.
