1前言农村饮水安全供水工程是党和政府实施的民心工程、德政工程,解决广大农村地区由于地下水水质污染和地球化学原生形成的有毒有害造成的饮水不安全。管好用好农村饮水工程,加强水源保护、水质监测和供水安全管理尤为重要。二次供水污染是指源水通过水池或压力灌等容器向用水户供水过程中造成的水质污染。伴着二次供水的发展,及用水户对用水水质要求的提高,二次供水系统对水质的污染已是水质污染的主要原因,加强对二次供水的管理,保证水质符合国家饮用水标准要求,已是农村饮水安全供水工程面临和解决的问题。
