本文扼要地介绍了四方锅炉厂试制的1000升高压釜的结构和特性,并着重叙述了釜中所用密封装置的结构、材料、润滑系统以及为了要保持在工作压力下转轴的密封,对填料函及轴的表面光洁度、几何公差及配合公差所提出的技术要求和所采取的工艺措施。最后介绍了检验该高压釜的设计、制造及安装质量所进行的冷态气密性运转试验,以测定其漏气量及漏油量。——编者
