钢铁厂水处理设施,一般包括处理原水的中央水处理场及各个循环水场。水处理系统特点是设备多、阀门多,操作频繁,劳动量大。近年来,国外在自动控制方面已有很大发展,已经出现了全自动的无人工厂,我国也已引进成套的自动化程度较高的水处理厂。根据控制对象的不同,控制装置的选择也不相同,从传统的机械控制器、电磁控制器到PLC(可编程序逻辑控制器)、TM、TC(遥测、遥控)及电子计算机,在自动化水厂中都有应用。从经济适用的角度来合理选配这些控制装置,是水处理系统自动控制设计中所关心的问题。
