目的:观察醒脑解毒汤对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型脑组织中BDNF、GDNF mRNA表达的影响。方法:利用线栓法制备急性期缺血性中风大鼠模型,给予醒脑解毒汤,在不同时间点取大鼠脑组织,用RT-PCR法检测BDNF、GDNF mRNA表达变化。结果:醒脑解毒汤能够上调BDNF、GDNF mRNA表达。结论:醒脑解毒汤能够改善急性期缺血性中风大鼠脑组织的缺血情况。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xingnao Jiedu Decoction on the expression of BDNF and GDNF mRNA in the brain tissue of focal cerebral ischemia / reperfusion model in rats. Methods: The rat model of acute ischemic stroke was prepared by the method of thread embolism. The brain was taken at different time points. The expression of BDNF and GDNF mRNA was detected by RT-PCR. Results: Xingnao Jiedu Decoction can up-regulate BDNF and GDNF mRNA expression. Conclusion: Xingnao Jiedu Decoction can improve ischemic brain tissue in acute ischemic stroke rats.
