影片《南京!南京!》是一部揭示战争背景下多种人性的作品,其中有日本士兵的迷茫和觉醒,也有对中国国民性的大量呈现。在表现中国人人性的镜头中,有一类反映的是国人本性中卑劣的一面,这些人暴露出的本性虽然卑劣,但他们本身又是无可厚非的。我们要寻求自强,不让悲剧重演,必须有个正确对待历史的眼光,不是一味地去苛责、悲叹,而是要有自我反省的气度和胸襟。
