一、稿件:稿件以word文档格式发送到本刊电子信箱内,篇幅以10000字左右为宜,阐述重大理论问题的文章,字数可适当放宽。要求:未曾在任何公开出版物或网站上发表过,内容上应突出原创性、学术性、研究性。文章层次一般不超过五级,用序号一、(一)、1、(1)、1)表示。文章标点和数字用法按照国家语委的有关规定及国家标准(GB/T15835—1995)《出版物数字用法的规定》处理。引用经典著作应使用最新和权威出版社的版本,引文必须一一核对。二、题目:题目要求简洁、醒目,能够概括文章主旨,必要时可加副标题。题目一般不得超过20个汉字。
