对节育环异位至盆腔1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,31岁,已婚。因放环9d、下腹痛9d于2009-05-25入院。9d前在当地诊所行放环术,自述手术时感下腹较痛,术后腹痛减轻,但阵发性发作,腹痛时有大便感,4d前到我院就诊。行妇科B超未见宫内节育环。行腹部平片:盆腔耻骨联合上方见3cm左右中

Due to put the ring 9d, lower abdominal pain 9d in 2009-05-25 admission. 9d ago in the local clinic to put the circumcision, readme surgery sense of lower abdomen more pain, postoperative abdominal pain, but paroxysmal attacks, abdominal pain, stool, 4d ago to our hospital. Gynecological B-line I did not see the IUD. Line abdominal plain film: pelvic pubic symphysis above about 3cm
